1. 我们的原则1. Our principle

Visoto（"本应用"）是一款在 iPhone、iPad 和 Mac 上运行的原生媒体抓取工具。我们以"数据不离开设备"为设计前提：本应用的核心功能——解析网页、检测媒体、下载文件——全部在你的设备本地完成。Visoto ("the App") is a native media-grabbing utility for iPhone, iPad and Mac. It is built on the premise that your data does not leave your device: the App's core functions — parsing pages, detecting media and downloading files — all happen locally on your device.

2. 我们不收集什么2. What we do not collect

我们不收集、不存储、不向我们自己或任何第三方传输以下信息：We do not collect, store, or transmit to ourselves or any third party:

• 你的姓名、邮箱、电话或其他身份信息（本应用无需注册）；Your name, email, phone number or other identifying information (no account is required);
• 你粘贴或访问的网址、你浏览或下载的内容；The URLs you paste or visit, or the content you browse or download;
• 分析数据、行为埋点或广告标识符——本应用不含任何第三方分析或广告 SDK。Analytics, behavioural telemetry or advertising identifiers — the App contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. 数据存储在哪里3. Where your data lives

• 下载的媒体保存在本应用的本地资源库中（在 Mac 上默认位于 ~/Downloads/Visoto）。这些文件只存在于你的设备上。Downloaded media is saved to the App's local library (on Mac, by default in ~/Downloads/Visoto). These files exist only on your device.
• 偏好设置（如语言、下载选项、免费额度计数）保存在本机的系统偏好存储（UserDefaults）中，不会上传。Preferences (such as language, download options and the free-quota counter) are stored in the device's local preference store (UserDefaults) and are never uploaded.

4. 网络连接的去向4. Where the App connects

本应用只在以下情况联网，且连接对象都是你主动提供的网址所指向的网站，而非我们的服务器：The App only goes online in the following cases, and always connects to the websites you choose — never to servers of ours:

• 渲染并解析你粘贴的页面，以检测其中的图片和视频；Rendering and parsing the page you paste in order to detect its images and videos;
• 下载你选中的媒体文件。为了让需要登录或带防盗链的资源能正常下载，本应用在请求时可能会携带系统 WebView 中对应站点的 Cookie、标准浏览器 User-Agent 以及 Referer。这些信息仅发送给目标站点本身。Downloading the media you select. So that login-gated or hotlink-protected resources work, requests may include the system WebView's cookies for that site, a standard browser User-Agent, and a Referer. This information is sent only to the target site itself.

5. 购买与订阅5. Purchases & subscriptions

Visoto Pro 通过 Apple 的 App 内购买（StoreKit）提供。所有付款均由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到也无法看到你的支付方式或银行卡信息。本应用仅在本机校验你的购买状态以解锁功能。订阅及退款受 Apple 媒体服务条款管辖。Visoto Pro is offered through Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit). All payments are handled by Apple; we do not receive and cannot see your payment method or card details. The App only verifies your purchase status on-device to unlock features. Subscriptions and refunds are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms.

6. 系统权限6. System permissions

本应用的安装包中包含一个开源媒体处理库（FFmpeg，用于把视频转封装为 MP4，全程在本机离线完成）。出于 Apple 的隐私声明要求，安装信息中可能列出相机、麦克风、照片库等权限说明——Visoto 本身并不使用相机或麦克风。仅当你主动选择把文件存入"照片"时，才会请求照片库的写入权限。The App bundles an open-source media library (FFmpeg, used to remux video into MP4 entirely offline on-device). Because of Apple's privacy-declaration rules, the install info may list camera, microphone and photo-library usage strings — Visoto itself does not use the camera or microphone. Photo-library write access is requested only if you choose to save a file to Photos.

7. 第三方7. Third parties

除你主动访问的网站、以及处理购买的 Apple 之外，本应用不与任何第三方共享数据。内置的 FFmpeg 在本机离线运行，不进行任何网络通信。Other than the websites you choose to visit and Apple (which processes purchases), the App shares data with no third parties. The bundled FFmpeg runs offline on-device and performs no network communication.

8. 儿童8. Children

本应用并非面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，我们也不会有意收集儿童的任何个人信息。The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. 删除你的数据9. Deleting your data

因为所有数据都在本机，你可以随时在资源库中删除下载的文件，或直接卸载本应用以清除全部本地数据。Because all data is local, you can delete downloaded files from the library at any time, or simply uninstall the App to remove all local data.

10. 政策的变更10. Changes to this policy

如本政策有更新，我们会修改本页顶部的"最后更新"日期。重大变更会在应用或本网站中提示。If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the App or on this site.
